A Brad the Blacksmith prototype that has come to life!
After many conversations with students and customers, I have designed a knife with the everyday home cook in mind. The blade is more on the shorter side (5 inch) for more control but still has the height to cut thicker vegetables and to avoid hitting your knuckles on the chopping board. A few close friends and I have been using them now for close to half a year and we are very happy with performance and versatility.
Construction:
1084 High Carbon Steel with American white oak scales and black G10 liners and pins.

Blade Length 130mm (~ 5 inch), Blade height 50mm (2 inch), Handle length 115mm (~4 1/2 inch), Spine thickness 3.4mm (1/8 inch).
